Shipping policy

 

Currently we only ship within the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most of our items fit into our standard shipping policy;

They will be processed within 2 business days, and you will receive a notification when your order has been shipped so you will know when to expect delivery.

Orders £175.00 and under start from £4.49 for Tracked 48

Orders £175.01 and over start from £5.99 for Tracked 48

 

 

Made to order and personalised items are not included in our standard shipping policy;

Made to order and personalised items, are shipped directly from our suppliers/makers. The shipping information will be in the products description, however all items will be processed and personalised within 7 working days and posted 2nd class, meaning a maximum wait of 2 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. In such cases, we'll do our best to keep you updated and informed about your order.

 

 

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate prior to placing your order. If you wish to amend your order/shipping location after an order has been placed, please email us as tenrecstudios@gmail.com as soon as possible and we may be able to make an amendment IF the order hasn't already been processed.

We can not guarantee to make changes to an order after an order has been placed, and in the case of incorrect shipping details being provided we at Tenrec Studio are not held responsible for any additional fees or delays in delivery.
